Crown Agents and I think that we might send a

copy of this despatch to them, and ask them for

any observations they might have to offer.

We know that the amount of fees charged

by the Marconi Company for courses at their

college at Chelmsford, depends to some extent

upon what transactions the Colony concerned has had

with the Company, but we do not know what the

recent conditions are, and as we have lately

sent one or two officials to tuin the

course, the Cr. Agts. may be in possession of all

the material we ODA
